Time Tube

This was a fun piece I did in the 90s, for a book cover. It is Gouache on illo board and was intentionally styled to the 'atomic Age' retro look. The figures in the tubes fall a little short of what they should have been, I feel. and there is a little damage to the surface paint on his right leg.
